Lauren is a friendly, caring and dedicated Occupational Therapist with a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) Degree from Edith Cowan University. Lauren has experience working within community disability with paediatrics and young adults within a variety of areas.
Lauren has a special interest in working with paediatrics and working collaboratively with the child, their family and support networks to assist them in reaching their full potential. Lauren values providing fun, challenging and motivating therapy sessions targeted to the child’s interests and needs to support in providing engaging and meaningful sessions promoting functional outcomes. Lauren is interested in working across a variety of areas, including early intervention, emotional and sensory regulation, social and play skills, and motor skills, and she particularly enjoys supporting children with a range of diagnoses such as autism, ADHD, developmental delays, neurological, physical and genetic conditions.
In Lauren’s spare time, she enjoys being with her family and friends, watching AFL, making macrame and watching the sunset.
