Alexia Mitakos

Alexia graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Speech Pathology) from Curtin University in 2017. Alexia is passionate about working closely with children and their families, to achieve long lasting improvements in areas that functionally impact them. She currently works with a variety of disorders and presentations, including children with disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Developmental Delay, Developmental Language Disorder, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, fluency (stuttering), Phonological (speech) Delay, literacy difficulties and challenges relating to social skills.

In her free time, Alexia enjoys playing netball and Latin dancing.

Alexia is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist.
